Following is required to fill up the online examination form:

1. Intermediate Registration Number

2. Mobile no

3. Email id

4. Scanned photograph in JPG format up to 100-200 KB

5. Scanned signature in JPG format under 50 KB

6. Scanned Intermediate Registration Card 100 KB

7. Scanned Matric/Class 10th Marksheet in JPG format under 100 KB.

8. Scanned Caste Certificate (If Applicable) in JPG format under 100 KB

9. Online Payment through State Bank Collect Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all required documents.

II. ONLINE EXAMINATION FORM PROCESS

The online Examination process will have following 8 (Eight) steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of Dr. S.K. Sinha Women's College, Motihari http://drskswcollege.ac.in/

Step 2: Please click on "Online Examination Form (I.A. & I.Sc.)-2021" button given on the home page.

Step 3: When you click the link you will be shown a “Register for Online Examination Form ” form asking for various details.

Step 4: On successful submission of registration details, you will also receive an e-mail on the e-mail ID provided by you in the Registration Form.

Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.

Step 6: Please submit your SBI Collect Reference Number, Date in respective column and upload payment receipt in JPG format. 

Step 7: Download Filled Examination Form.

Step 8: Keep your documents with SBI Collect payment receipt for future document verification.
